Her unique background of over 20 years encompasses allopathic medicine, neuroscience, psychology, epigenetics, PNI, TCM, Ayurvedic medicine, orthomolecular medicine, herbology, personal training, nutrition, microcurrent stimulation, quantum physics, change management, innovation and leadership with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
Dr Elsa also aids organizations in strategic cultural inclusion, diversity, equality, and change management.
She has assisted in numerous large-scale projects, including the Calgary Airport Expansion overseeing up to 2B in capital projects.
