He is the IEEE Senior Director, Global Sales and Customer Operations. He, along with a professional staff of 68, manages the academic, government and corporate customer accounts throughout the world.
Fran joined IEEE in 2001, coming from Thomson Scientific. He has been an IEEE Member since 2010, R1, Princeton/Central Jersey Section and a member of IEEE Young Professionals for the last six years.
He also has a BS and an MBA from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA. In 2007, Fran completed the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School, at the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Cranbury, NJ with his wife Jill and four children.
